Miro was looking to create a workspace that was inspired by nature. After a successful collaboration with their Amsterdam office, they aimed to bring this vision to their Berlin location, ensuring a cohesive, immersive biophilic experience that reflected their creative, forward-thinking brand across multiple sites.
To create an immersive experience we created a multilevel biophilia scheme, with plants hanging from the ceiling, in groupings at floor level, and placed on top of cupboards. We integrated them with bespoke joinery and at the ends of each desk, we ensured a seamless blend of nature throughout the space.
We navigated challenges such as working alongside builders, coordinating with multiple teams, and overcoming language barriers by maintaining a collaborative approach and working closely with the facilities teams to ensure all other vendors deadlines could be met alongside our own.
We faced delays to the scheduled installation, to overcome this we remained agile throughout and adjusted our implementation process. We staggered installations ensuring we met our deadlines without compromising our high-standards of service. Our extensive international supplier network allowed us to meet Miro’s branding and design expectations effectively.
Despite logistical challenges, our careful planning and adaptability led to a seamless installation of the planting solutions in Miro’s Berlin office. The final result was a dynamic workspace that enhances employee wellbeing and reflects Miro’s brand.
